מהי מדיניות הפרטיות?

היכן נשמר המידע?

המידע שהחברה אוסף נשמר במאגר המידע שלה, המאוחסן אצל ספקי אירוח שרתים וגיבוי מידע מאובטחים, שעשויים להימצא גם מחוץ לגבולות ישראל. מידע נוסף, כפי שמפורט במדיניות זו נאסף ונשמר על ידי חברות אחרות (כדוגמת חברות סטטיסטיקה וכיו"ב). אף הן יכולות לשמור את המידע מחוץ לגבולות המדינה. הסכמתך למדיניות זו, מהווה גם הסכמה לשמירת המידע בחו"ל ולהעברתו מחוץ לגבולות ישראל.

אבטחת מידע

החברה מייחס חשיבות עליונה לאבטחת המידע במערכותיה. המידע נשמר על שרת מאובטח למען מניעת חדירה לפרטי המידע שיימסרו. עם זאת, אין וודאות שיישומים אלה מבטיחים באופן מוחלט שמידע אישי לא ייחשף או ייגנב ממאגרי המידע. לכן, החברה אינה מתחייבת, ואינך יכול באופן סביר לצפות לכך, שהשירותים ומערכות המידע המשמשות בחברה יהיו חסינים מפני גישה בלתי-מורשית למידע המאוחסן בהם. בעצם השימוש באתר ובשירותיו, אתה מודע ומסכים למגבלות אלו.

זכות לעיין במידע

על-פי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א – 1981, כל אדם זכאי לעיין בעצמו, או על ידי בא-כוחו שהרשהו בכתב או על ידי אפוטרופוס, במידע שעליו המוחזק במאגר מידע. אדם שעיין במידע שעליו ומצא שאינו נכון, שלם, ברור או מעודכן, רשאי לפנות לבעל מאגר המידע בבקשה לתקן את המידע או למוחקו. אם בעל המאגר סירב, עליו להודיע על כך למבקש באופן ובדרך שנקבעו בתקנות שמכוח חוק הגנת הפרטיות. על סירובו של בעל מאגר מידע לאפשר עיון ועל הודעת סירוב לתקן או למחוק מידע, רשאי מבקש המידע לערער באופן ובדרך שנקבעו בתקנות.

שים לב כי מחיקת מידע עלולה למנוע ממך להמשיך ולקבל שירותים מהאתר ולהביא לביטול רישומך לאתר. מידע הדרוש לחברה – לרבות תיעוד פעולות שביצעת באתר – יוסיף להישמר על ידי החברה על-פי דין, אך לא ישמש עוד לצורך פניות אליך. אם בתוך 30 יום לא תקבלו הודעה כי המידע שנתבקשה החברה למחוק אכן נמחק על-פי סעיף זה, תהיה זכאי לפנות לבית משפט באופן הקבוע בתקנות שמכוח חוק הגנת הפרטיות, כדי שיורה לחברה לפעול כאמור.

שינויים במדיניות הפרטיות

החברה רשאית לשנות מעת לעת את תנאי מדיניות הפרטיות. אם יבוצעו במדיניות שינויים מהותיים, תפורסם על-כך הודעה בעמוד הבית של האתר 30 ימים לפני כניסת השינויים לתוקף. אם יבוצעו במדיניות שינויים אחרים שאינם מהותיים, תפורסם על-כך הודעה בעמוד הבית של האתר 7 ימים לפני כניסתם לתוקף – זאת אלא אם יבוצעו שינויים במדיניות בהתאם להוראות כל דין, או דרישת רשות מוסמכת, שאז השינויים ייכנסו לתוקף בהתאם להוראות הדין או לדרישה כאמור. המשך השימוש באתר לאחר השינוי במדיניות מעיד על הסכמתך למדיניות המתוקנת. אם אינך מסכים עם הנוסח המעודכן של המדיניות, עליך לחדול מלעשות שימוש נוסף באתר.
